After poor ratings and an increasing number of affiliates opting not to carry Howard Stern’s Saturday night television show, King World has decided to pull the plug.
WTVH (channel 5) in Syracuse dropped the show after its first season several years ago. Stern’s popular nightly half-hour show on the E! cable network is not affected. The infamous “shock jock” can be heard weekday mornings on 95X (WAQX).
