Regent sets price, increases size of offering

April 25, 2002 by Scott Jameson

Regent Communications has set a price of $7.50 per share on its add-on stock offering, and because investor demand was higher than expected, the planned offering of 8.25 million shares was kicked up to 10.5 million.

The company traded down yesterday on the news, ending the trading day at $7.50 a share. Regent owns six stations in Utica-Rome including market leaders Big Frog 104 and Lite 98.7.
