Random Access to end its eight-year run

Gene Wolf, co-host of the long-running computer advice show Random Access, is heading south. Citing Central New York's sagging technology economy, Wolf plans to move to Florida by mid-summer to pursue business interests there.As far as Random Access is concerned, it's back to classic rock for TK-99 as Galaxy Communications plans to fill the show's Sunday evening time slot with the station's music format.

Before moving to TK-99 last December, Random Access aired for a number of years on 570 WSYR.
