WRVO's Judy Krauss loses cancer battle

Condolences are being offered to the family of Judy Krauss, 53, who died Tuesday after a long battle with cancer. Krauss was WRVO's donor services manager and wife of station manager John Krauss. Contributions may be made to the WRVO Endowment Fund.Obituary from the Syracuse Post-Standard:

Judy I. Brown Krauss, 53, died Tuesday. Born in Norwich, she attended Onondaga Community College. She was donor services manager for radio station WRVO in Oswego. She was a member of Victory Chapter 205, Order of Eastern Star, and Cairo Temple 26, Daughters of the Nile. Her mother, the former Esther I. Hilldebrandt, died previously. Survivors: Her husband of 19 years, John E. of Oswego; a sister, Betty L. Brown of Oswego; her father, Robert G. Brown of South Daytona Beach, Fla. Services: Will be announced. Burial, private. No calling hours. Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Oswego, has arrangements. Contributions: WRVO Endowment Fund, 7060 State Route 104, Oswego 13126.
