Listeners in Utica will have to wait another six months to find out which radio station is the best in town. For the second straight book, Lite 98.7 and Big Frog 104 are tied for the number one spot in the 12+ Arbitron numbers.In ratings released yesterday, 96.9 WOUR got back most of the 2 points it lost in last year's fall book, while Galaxy took the biggest hit on the FM side of the dial with WRCK and WKLL showing a combined drop of 4.5 ratings points.
Good news for Galaxy's WTLB which narrowed a 3.1 gap behind WIBX to just two tenths of a ratings point.
