Mark Richards will be the new morning voice on Utica's Lite 98.7, replacing Randy Jay, a 13-year veteran of the station who left in late August. Richards hails from State College, PA where he has hosted the number one morning show in the market on WBHV. He has also worked at stations in Saginaw, MI, Erie, PA, as well as his hometown of Buffalo. Richards' takes over on November 14.Peter Naughton, who had been interim morning host and was recently named program coordinator of the station, returns to his regular afternoon drive slot.
