Howard Stern's syndicated morning show was a big winner locally in the latest ratings released by Arbitron.

The shock jock's program, which airs on 95X (WAQX), moved into the top spot in the morning ratings race with a 15.1 percent share of listeners 12 and older, up from a 10.9 share three months before. Stern bumped Ron Bee and Becky Palmer of B104.7 (WBBS) to second place.
