Stan Soboleski got his start in radio in 1987 after winning an internship with radio station WGES in Oswego where he got to read the weather and answer calls for a week during the night show. 17 years later he's still at it, but now as program director and morning man at Watertown's Froggy 97 (WFRY).
Soboleski, known as James Pond on the air, goes '10 Questions With...' on All Access this week and gives his take on the radio industry and his corner of the world.
