Update (3/9/08): Service Arrangements and obituary

“Uncle” Fred Horton passed away Tuesday morning in Erie, PA, according to AllAccess.com. Horton most recently worked for WXTA there, and formerly worked at WSEN. His family has established a memorial fund to cover medical expenses.

A quick Google search reveals Horton also worked at WYYY in Syracuse sometime in the 80s, and WRUN in Utica in the 70s.
