SYRACUSE -- Galaxy Communications, the Syracuse-based owner of several radio stations in Syracuse and Utica, has formed an agreement to help out with this year's Lights on the Lake at Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool. Plans include a New Year's Eve concert as part of a new "First Night CNY" party.
On New Year's Eve, the drive-through lights show will be closed to vehicles and open to pedestrians only. The evening will include live music, culminating with a concert by national recording artist Sean Kingston.
