Here are some excerpts from that press release:

"The addition of Frank to the show is going to add a new Dynamic to an already successful talk show. Listeners will get a spirited but fair and balanced conversation that they can relate to," says Grant Roser General Sales Manager of Roser Communications.

Frank is the owner and president of the Utica Coffee Roasting Company, a business which he founded six years ago. Elias was most recently the president of the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce and previously employed at both Mohawk Valley Community College and Herkimer County Community College.

"I think it’s encouraging to see local ownership invest in a local show covering local issues. I’m extremely excited to have Frank in everyday as a co-host it’s really going to add another element to what we are doing in the morning." says host Mark Piersma.
