Syracuse’s annual “Chick-N-Wing” festival at the Inner Harbor will be capped off by a special all-day concert called “Soundcheck Live,” commemorating Dave Frisina’s 30 years in radio and just about as long, his show “Soundcheck,” which features local musicians.
