OSWEGO — NPR affiliate WRVO has a slew of weekend lineup changes taking effect later this month. Some shows will be moving timeslots, while others will be replaced with new programming. SYRACUSE — No, that’s not a typo in the headline… Syracuse-based WRVD 90.3 FM will sign-off around 8:30 Saturday morning for some transmitter maintenance work. Fred Vigeant, program director for the WRVO Stations says the outage will last “throughout the day.” Parent station WRVO/Oswego and siblings WRVN/Utica and WRVJ/Watertown will not be affected by the outage.
