NEW YORK CITY — Former Syracuse TV news anchor Jeff Glor has been named regular Sunday night anchor for the CBS Evening News.  The 1997 graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School worked for NBC affiliate WSTM-TV from 1997 to 2003.  From there, he went to Boston’s WHDH-TV before joining CBS News in 2007.
