To find substitutes, the show launched a “Women of Radio Co-Host for a Day” promotion. Listeners submitted their nominations, and today, syndicated AC night host Delilah, heard throughout Central New York, is among the top 100 finalists.

As if he doesn’t get enough media exposure already, Ryan Seacrest may soon get an extra hour of radio airtime over 130 “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” affiliates, including a few here in Central New York. 
WATERTOWN MARKET — It’s slim pickins when it comes to finding new pictures on radio station websites in the North Country… but it’s been so long since we had a Watertown picture, we hunted and hunted (and missed our POTW deadline by nearly 4 hours) but we finally got one. 
A CNYRadio.com reader tells us Stephens Media Group’s WVLF (“The Valley 96.1″) in Norwood flipped formats Monday. After stunting all weekend, the station has traded in its Mainstream AC playlist for a Hot AC library, and a new name: “Mix 96.1.” And some suspect Stephens could be making even more changes… |
