ITHACA/CORTLAND -- The stations of the Cayuga Radio Group are asking listeners to band together in support of Ithaca Police Officer Anthony Augustine, who was shot while pursuing a suspect earlier this month. The public is invited to sign a giant "get well" card (it's over 7 feet tall) that will be presented to Augustine.

All seven stations in Saga's Cayuga Radio Group urged listeners for contributions to help bring a new police K-9 to Tompkins County after the previous dog, Major, recently died of cancer. Listeners surpassed all expectations.

"Hits Girl Katie" from Hits 103.3 (W277BS) is heading south to New York City, as the station announces the search for its next Hits Girl.
