SYRACUSE -- Next month, YNN will be rebranded as "Time Warner Cable News." Although it may be common knowledge among local broadcasters that the 24/7 local news channel is owned by and only available on Time Warner Cable, a majority of average customers didn't -- so the cable giant wants to make it unavoidably obvious.

SYRACUSE -- Your News Now, or YNN, is celebrating ten years on Time Warner Cable. The 24/7 local news channel, which started out as "News 10 Now," still has 17 of its original staff members on board, including GM Ron Lombard. SYRACUSE -- NewsChannel 9 (WSYR-TV) didn't have to look too far away to find a replacement for Leigh Isaacson, who recently departed for a new job in New Orleans. The ABC affiliate has hired Andrew Donovan, who has been working at another "NewsChannel" -- specifically, NewsChannel 2 (WKTV), the NBC affiliate in Utica.

SYRACUSE -- Time Warner Cable's 24/7 local news channel, YNN, is looking for a new Executive Producer. The vacancy comes after an anonymous CNYTVNews.com reader shares word that Nathan Holst has accepted a similar position at ABC affiliate WMTW in Portland, Maine.
