Judy I. Brown Krauss, 53, died Tuesday. Born in Norwich, she attended Onondaga Community College. She was donor services manager for radio station WRVO in Oswego. She was a member of Victory Chapter 205, Order of Eastern Star, and Cairo Temple 26, Daughters of the Nile. Her mother, the former Esther I. Hilldebrandt, died previously. Survivors: Her husband of 19 years, John E. of Oswego; a sister, Betty L. Brown of Oswego; her father, Robert G. Brown of South Daytona Beach, Fla. Services: Will be announced. Burial, private.
