Just days after Adam 'The Bull' Gerstenhaber was let go by Regent Broadcasting, the sports announcer has signed on with Clear Channel's cluster in Utica-Rome.
The Utica Observer Dispatch is reporting that Gerstenhaber has brought the Utica College play-by-play action with him. Games which had been airing on Regent's WRUN AM will now air on Clear Channel's WADR AM. Utica College says their original agreement was with Gerstenhaber and not with Regent.Gerstenhaber had also hosted WIBX's weekday SportsWatch talk show. That show will be hosted by George Tharleson beginning this week.
