We want to thank Intern Dave for taking a few moments to send over this shot during one of his airshifts this week... and we hope you join us in congratulating Dave on his recent graduation from high school. Nope, that's not a typo -- he's been holding down the shift while finishing his high school studies.
As the nickname implies, Wheeler landed the gig following a successful internship which started during his junior year. But on his bio page on the station website, he admits most interns aren't so lucky -- it was a matter of working hard during the internship, then being in the right place at the right time.
