UTICA-ROME -- Longtime Mohawk Valley radio listeners might remember him from his time on multiple stations including 96.9 WOUR, K-Rock and the former Rock 107. "Hard Rock Harry" Enea died after a battle with cancer, according to public Facebook posts from his family.
SYRACUSE -- Longtime local radio personality Becky Palmer passed away over the weekend, according to various media reports. She was best known for 22 years co-hosting mornings on iHeart's country-formatted B104.7 (WBBS), ending with her retirement in 2019.

UTICA -- Longtime NewsChannel 2 (WKTV) anchor Bill Worden has died at the age of 80. The NBC/CBS affiliate says Worden passed this morning following a brief illness.
UTICA-ROME -- Townsquare Media's 100,000-watt country blowtorch Big Frog 104 (WFRG) has once again claimed the top spot in Nielsen's semi-annual audience estimates for the market. At first glance, Townsquare's entire cluster appears to have swept the entire market.

SYRACUSE -- Audiences who rely on Verizon FiOS for local TV are without ABC affiliate NewsChannel 9 (WSYR-TV) for a second week. It's part of a nationwide dispute between Verizon and WSYR-TV's parent company, Texas-based Nexstar Media Group.
SYRACUSE -- Our condolences go out to 93Q (WNTQ) morning co-host Ted Long after the station announced the passing of his wife, Barbara "Bobbie" Long on Wednesday. It's the unfortunate end of a story listeners had been following since Ted recently announced his wife had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cirrhosis of the liver over the summer.
