SAN ANTONIO, TX — Nearly a year after his brother Randy gave up the presidency of Clear Channel, Mark Mays has announced he’s resigning as the company’s CEO. SAN ANTONIO — Randall Mays is no longer President and CFO of CC Media Holdings, according to a document filed this morning with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Randall’s brother Mark, the company’s CEO, is now also serving as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is named. [More »]

SAN ANTONIO, TX — CC Media Holdings, Inc. released its first quarter earnings report for 2009 today, and — similar to last week’s reports from Regent and Citadel — the results are not positive. The nation’s largest radio group says revenue fell 23% compared to last year’s first quarter — and the company also posted a $428 million loss. [More »]
